Prayer and our relationship with God is at the very centre of our lives. Our communities and mission are rooted in prayer, they are supported by and depend on prayer. We pray together daily as communities and so develop a personal relationship with God. Through reflection we hear God’s call to care for one another in the world. It is often among the poorest of God’s people that we respond to this call.

Present your needs to God in every form of prayer and in petitions full of gratitude. Then God’s own peace, which is beyond all understanding, will stand guard over your hearts and minds, in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7
